Football Equipment Pick up will occur on Wednesday, July 14th AND Wednesday, July 21st from 6p – 8p at Harmony Park.


What to bring:

1. Your player
2. The “Equipment Information Form”.
   Measurements will be taken at the field and SIZES will be filled in but please fill in the remaining part of the form.
3. A check deposit for either:
   $150 (helmet and shoulder pads)
   $100 (shoulder pads only)
4. If you have your player’s physical form completed – feel free to bring at this time as well.
